At this time, we ship within the United States only.

All orders require a processing period of approximately 10–15 business days before shipment. Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging prior to dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information may be provided once available.

Returns & Sales Policy

Sizing & Fit Policy

Sizing details are provided on each product page, including a size chart.

Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before purchasing. Differences in fit preference or sizing selection do not qualify as defects.

Order Cancellation Policy

Defective Items Policy

A defect is defined as damage or flaws present in the garment prior to shipment.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Damage caused by wear, washing, or improper care is not considered a defect.
